Joel is a director of operations with a manufacturing company, and he brings that same systems-minded, can-do mentality to Legacy Ranch. A true jack-of-all-trades, Joel can build, fix, and figure out just about anything—whether it’s equipment, infrastructure, or a brand-new idea that needs to come to life. Most of the major projects and improvements you see around the property exist because Joel planned them, built them, or made them better. If it makes the ranch work smoother, safer, or stronger, chances are Joel had a hand in it.
